You can walk for miles up and down the seashell-covered beach; be sure to bring your bucket to collect the pretty ones. The warm blue Gulf water is nice for swimming in the summer.
This is a Non-Smoking property. Adorable 2-bedroom 2 bath duplex is also perfectly situated within a short walk to Stump Pass State Park, a little further you'll find several nice restaurants, most with live entertainment in the evenings. Some of the restaurants provide a free shuttle to their place of business, too.
This unit is in the front of the building and encompasses 1140 sq ft. of up-to-date space. For starters you enter at the screened porch which comfortably seats at least 4. Next enter a large, nicely furnished living room with a flat screen TV, streaming services available (no cable) and free Wi-Fi. You'll also find a dining area, desk, and a fully stocked kitchen with abundant cabinets and granite counter tops. The large laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer.
There are two bedrooms each with a king-size bed and TV. The master bathroom has a shower and a walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. You'll find beach chairs, a beach umbrella, cart and rolling cooler in the garage, along with a grill and bicycles that are available for guest use. The owner will consider allowing a well-behaved dog for a $100 pet fee.
